Snacks, Special Diets, and Allergies

Snack time is built into the daily schedule at LAP.  Families are asked to help provide snacks by brining one box/package of snacks per month for the class to share.  Provided snacks must be sealed and unopened.  LAP follows a peanut-free, nut-free, and gelatin-free snack policy.  Please ensure that provided snacks do not contain peanuts, peanut butter, tree nuts, peanut/tree nut oil, gelatin, or gelatin product (e.g., marshmallows, Jell-O, Rice Krispie Treats, fruit snacks, etc.).  If your child has a special diet (e.g., gluten-free), you are responsible for providing a separate supply of safe snacks that meet their dietary needs.
